Easiest $25 You Ever Made with AMEX Serve

I have posted many Amex promos but this is the quickest freebie $25 you are likely to ever get. (valid thru Dec 31st 2012)

1. Click here and register (sorry - US residents only)
2. Link a Bank account, Debit or Credit card (recommend debit card for instant bonus)
3. Load $25
4. Get $25 dollars as a bonus (instantly with a dr/cr card)

  1. Thanks for this. I notice in the terms that it is officially limited to specific markets so some may have difficulty: "Offer valid in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Florida, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis / St. Paul, NYC tri-state area, northern California, Philadelphia and Phoenix."

  2. Worked great! Thanks for the heads-up!

I loaded from a Chase AirTran card. Curious if it will be seen as a cash advance or not. Will let you know just for a data point.

Received the matching $25 almost instantly after loading $25 from the card.

  3. Just to follow up, the $25 charged to my Chase AirTran card did NOT count as a cash advance!

So -- on that... There is currently apparently no fee to fund this from a credit card, right? Couldn't this be used to easily run up some miles on some cards since they aren't counting as a cash advance? Just charge $1000 to a good rewards card and then get your AMEX Serve card to use that money? Or, heck, once it is in the Serve account, can you even just withdraw it to your bank account or is that not an option?
